Designs & Appearance
When it comes to general designs of characters we're lenient. There is no restrictions on color palette or patterns. We're more or less semi-realistic and encourage a lot of freedom when it comes to designs. Any character designs should look pleasing and come together in the end to look like a nice, cohesive design. We encourage to avoid the use of overly saturated, bright colors in large amounts. If you're unsure you can contact a roleplay staff member to see if you're character's design works.
Accessories
The tribes in this roleplay are capable of crafting and creating goods so we allow characters to have decorations and accessories. Any accessories or adornments must be made from things in nature. When coming up with accessories be somewhat realistic about it. Things made out of metal are scarce. Natural materials you'll find accessories made out might be: bone, shells, teeth, feathers, twine, leaves, flowers, etc.. Piercings and tattoos are also accepted, though they'll probably be more primitive in design. Accessories or objects that are obviously man-made are not common. On occasion we'll allow them, but you'll need a realistic story of how your character came to acquire them.
Traits
Traits that are unrealistically found on a species are not allowed. This means no wings, horns, hooves, etc.. The only exception to this restriction is traits that pertain to being infected-born or evolution. You can learn more about those on their respected pages. We're lenient with extra hair/manes on characters. Those are fine and fully acceptable.
Species
Pandemonium Plague is a multi-species roleplay. This means we have very little restrictions when it comes to species. Almost all animals are acceptable to be in the roleplay. They must be an actual, real species of animal that is not extinct. We don't allow any original species or creatures of mythology. Despite the roleplay being multi-species we encourage members to keep in mind the limitations of certain animals. Some creatures will find it a lot harder to survive than others within the universe of Pandemonium Plague or simply just by nature. So be aware of potential difficulties your character may face.
Hybrids
Hybrids between animals are allowed that verge outside the realm of realism. All hybrids should at least be believable and stay within the same family-range of animals. We don't allow hybridization among vastly differing types of animal species. If you're uncertain please consult with a roleplay staff member.
